Advocates empower and motivate, this is achieved by giving back choice.  If a Service User or their Carer is not sure where to go to get help then that's where we can help.

In the past we have assisted people to claim for various benefits, escorted them to hospital appointments and even represented them in court. Simple things like applying for a Blue Badge can be a daunting process if you have never done it before.  Let us assist. Once you have taken control of a situation, you will feel more able to say what you think or feel without feeling scared or looked down on.

If we can't help, we will know someone or another organisation that can.
