Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Driver | Do you own a car; have a clean licence and can offer a few hours a week to volunteer?  If so we are looking for people to transport our physically or sensory impaired Service Users into the Centre.  All mileage (including unladen) is reimbursed at 40p a mile, full training is offered.  Please ring the office for a chat 01621 841491.

Volunteer Buddy | Can you spare a couple of hours a week to help a student in class with their studies?  No classroom experience necessary, full support and training will be offered.  You won't be asked to help with Service Users personal care, we simply need people who can help scribe or read out information. In all instances we will require you to undertake a CRB check, there is nothing to worry about, the process is simple, discreet and there to protect all parties.
